The BA ZLD project marked a step change in seawater desalination. Beyond increasing the plant’s seawater feedstock efficiency by 25%, the facility completely eliminated brine discharge. Furthermore, the plant extracts valuable minerals post-commissioning, which now serve as feedstock for Kaveh Glass manufacturing and transform what was once waste brine into a brand-new revenue stream.
